What does your alarm sound like? Is it a painfully loud noise that abruptly yanks you out of a good sleep?
I had been waking up this way for years. I would be in a deep sleep dreaming about something so real, and then the piercing siren of my alarm would go off. I’d be unwillingly pulled from my sleep, and I’d be annoyed or even angry when I finally woke up and realized I had to get out of my warm bed. Know the feeling?
Like food, sleep is a necessity and like dieting, we should watch how we sleep. It’s a well-known fact that how much sleep we get is important and can greatly affect our productivity.

Here’s how it works:
It monitors your movement while you sleep and tracks the different phases you go through ranging from light to deep sleep. Set the alarm, and it will slowly wake you up when you are in the lightest sleep phase within a half hour of your wake up time. You can set the alarm sound to be one of the soothing harmonies that come with the app or to a song on your iPhone.
Believe it or not, the features don’t stop there! The app also saves your sleep data, and you can look at a detailed graph of your sleep cycles for every night that you utilize it.
I used to wake up to a fire alarm jarring me out of a deep sleep, and then I’d be groggy for several minutes until I splashed my face with water or had a sip of coffee. Just thinking about that makes me sigh.
Now, with this app, it’s like having someone in my room lightly strumming a harp until I slowly and blissfully come out of my sleep. I wake up happy, clearheaded, and ready to start my day. This definitely sets the tone for a productive day. It might do the same for you, too, so try it out. I promise that once you wake up with this app, you’ll never go back to a traditional alarm clock again!
